37,654 miles update

Here is an update to my previous post for my 2015 EX.

TOTAL MILES = 37,654
TOTAL FUEL (US gallons) = 940
TOTAL MPG - 40.05

3 Oil changes
Radio antenna replaced
1 tire rotation
1 front end alignment.

Streaming lots of music from my Sirius and Amazon Prime app by bluetoothing from my iPhone 6+ flawlessly. (Soo easy)

Last month I noticed the Fit was drifting to the left while driving at speeds exceeding 45 mph.
Had the tires rotated, and did a $80.00 front end alignment at the dealership, but to no avail. About to contact Honda customer complaint line. (Never dealt with Honda before, so any advice is more than welcome.).

Forgot to mention, the TPMS light would come on about 400 miles. The dealer implied it was my fault because there was 36 ps in each tire. They said that would cause the light to pop on. When I reminded him that they were supposed to check the air pressure when they rotated the tires last visit, he cheerfully "reset the system from the monitor inside the car."

I tried to upload a pix of the odometer taken on 01-22-15 . . BUT . . . can't find option to upload the pix. I think I was able to post the pix as my avatar. Any help would be welcomed !!

hows the wear on the interior pieces and seats? Did you get the leather seats or cloth? How is the wear on the seats?

I have cloth seats. I am 6'-2" / 250 lbs and no problems whatsoever with the interior.

You have to upload the pics to a picture hosting site like photobucket or imgur and then post the html link here. I don't believe there is a way to directly upload pictures to this site. My guess is that it's a data storage issue.

Have them check the rear alignment. That's most likely where the issue is.

You're racking 'em up, Harry! I'm right at 10K myself, including three 10+ hour (one-way) trips last year. I'm very happy with my car so far.

Agree to this train of thought.
You should gave had a four wheel alignment check done, when you had the front end aligned.

You've only needed 3 oil changes in 37K miles, nice!

Are you still on the original tires? And with only one tire rotation? I wonder how many miles these little tires are good for.

I think, you have Bridgestone tires. They are putting same LX Firestone tires on EX as well.

At 37,654 miles, you are beyond the warranty period. I'm surprised about the alignment issue you mentioned. There's another post on this forum about alignment problems. I'm starting to wonder about my 2015 EX model. What's the best way to get alignment checked? I'm at almost 8,000 miles.

Yep.. Still the original tires. I would guess I can get another 10-15k out of them. I did notice, however, the traction on snow covered roads isn't what it should be, so must take that into consideration.

Should have stated this is an automatic. This vehicle is so much better in every way than my previous 2011 sport manual or my 2012 sport auto (which I would still be driving but for the deer incident).
