Leaking rear wiper nozzle

Hello! Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem...when I mist my front windshield, washer fluid leaks out the rear wiper nozzle. I had posted about this recently - the pump (there is only one pump for front and back windows) had been replaced at the dealership. The problem was resolved for only a few weeks, now it's leaking again. Any solutions or ideas? Thanks!

Haven't seen it with the '15 yet, but my '09 used to weep washer fluid from the rear washer when the car was parked in the sun. Apparently heat caused the fluid to expand and leak.

Not exactly the same problem, I know.
