OBDII DTC code reader

Car Info: 2015 Fit LX w/CVT
What are you guys using for code and data scanners ?
I have several questions concerning the new FIT diagnostic system. From the reading I've done the older Honda's use the HIM /HDS up to <2014.
The new standard is Honda GNA600 / MVCI.

There in lies my question.
What are Fit folks using ?
Something like this:
MVCI for TOYOTA HONDA VOLVO

Or this:

Any guidance would be helpful.

stick it to HIM HDS, or X-horse brand MVCI
the MVCI kit in your post asks for more than 100 bucks, but there is another site with the same Xhorse mvci cable asks only 69 bucks,
what's the difference between these two?
