I recently purchased this 2008 Honda Fit Sport. It was in a previous collision in which the airbags deployed. All bags have been replaced, but light is still on. I have reset the light multiple times, but it comes back on. I got the SRS code of 15-4. I can not find a single reference to this code ANYWHERE!?! Does anyone know what this means? I really want to avoid having to take it to the dealer. I have been told it costs $150 just for them to read the code...which I already have.

Found this on Google but based off an RSX, but it's still OBDII. Unfortunately, the code list ends on 15-3. :/

It looked like a 5-4 to me. :/ So that is internal failure of the unit.

 

It is 15-4.. but I have no idea of what it refers to. Go to local store for a code check. You dont have to do it at the dealer.
