Right center console cup holder. Keeps it at the perfect angle so I can see the whole screen when using the maps app for directions. View can be obstructed by the shifter in some gears though.

 

I use a Scosche Magic Mount (magnet) at about 2 o'clock on the gauge pod, just to the left of the center air vents. The phone gets some cooling from the air (essential on the many hot Texas days), and is also much closer to your line of sight than the car's display. There is a slight airflow penalty to you from the left center vent, since at least half of its air will hit the back of the phone.

I got my Scosche for maybe $13 on Amazon, and it comes with super sticky 3M tape to attach it anywhere you want! I'm thinking of putting another one to the right of the Display Audio display for the front passenger.
