Quick before I pick up the car :P

Paint swirls, uneven gaps in body panels, alignment of dash with a pillar on driver's side. That's most of what I've seen. I haven't had any of these issues, but its what I hear from this thread: https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/3rd-...s-new-fit.html

Any scratches on the bumpers or doors
My Fit had misaligned doors. From the back corner of the vehicle, look along both sides of the car to see if the doors are sticking out further than the other panels and aren't flush

Consumer reports has a new car delivery checklist on their website. It shows various things to look for. Not sure if this link will work, but you can do a search and find it easily.

Agree with the rest. Make sure they do a good paint job and polishing. Check the total mileage of the car. Mine was around 40km when I got it. Anything above 100 I'll say no.
Check the important things like main and signal lights, all doors including tailgate and bonnet, fuel door, power windows and wipers (front and back).
Enjoy!
