Starter makes grinding noise only when I start my car in ~40 degree temperature

Starter makes grinding noise only when I start my car in ~40 degree temperature
I cannot locate the exact problem seeing how it varies when the starter grinds.


I have a Honda Fit 2015 LX and about 30,000 miles on it already.



Help!

Its the vtc actuator, had mines fixed under warranty but I am hearing the noise again. Gonna have to go back. This car has a ton of problems lol
