Brake Struggles

I've been trying throughout the last week to get my brake calipers removed so that I can change my brake pads. However, I can't get the two caliper mounting bolts free. I can't tell if it's rust (I would hope to God not) or an excess of thread locker, but I can't even free it with an impact wrench and WD-40.
Anybody else struggle with this before? It's the first time the brakes are being touched (54,000 miles), and I really don't want to take it to a shop or the dealer. I already have everything I need to do it, my car is just being a bitch.

Have you tried to apply heat with a heat gun? Also wd40 does nothing as it is a water dispersant and nothing else. Good luck

PB blaster, let it sit overnight, and use a cheater bar connected to a breaker bar or socket wrench. Also, (though I'm sure you know) make sure you're going the right direction as the bolt head is not facing you.

I was wondering what the difference was. WD-40 was handy when I was working on it, so that's what I used. But I'm gonna pick up some PB Blaster and a propane torch after I get paid tomorrow. Hopefully will get done this time, cuz I can tell my landlord is sick of moving his car out of the garage for me (our driveway is mega-steep).

esnave09, I'd go with a heat gun as it is safer for the area you are working in (no open flame) and you can select the temp. If you have a Harbor freight near you can pick one up cheap, I bought a selectable temp one for $7.00.
