My Civic is likely a total loss and going to the junkyard soon. (I can't really part it out because it's in a relative's yard and needs to go soon.)

My question is, what parts from there would be useful to salvage for my Fit? I imagine plastic clips from the trim, and stuff like that. Anything else?

 

Not much of anything is shared beyond random fasteners. If you know anything about wiring and how to properly repair it you could snip off a lot of random electrical connectors for the terminals and pins, but I bet those aren't even the same.

 

I believe the wheel bolt pattern is the same. Maybe the seats, radio and tire change gear.

 

Sell your jack on eBay I see people post "parting out" ads on CraigsList all the time.
