Help identifying part number

Trying to identify the part in Red

I'm trying to identify the part number in Red. I backed out of a spot and the mirror didn't fold back and cracked parts of it. I don't want to spend $250 getting the whole thing replaced (without the colored cap). Any help would be appreciated.
This is on my 2015 EX Manual (of that matters) I need the number 13 and then whatever the plastic mounting bracket that attaches to the car as that it cracked as well...

Your Mirror (Remote Control) diagram is correct. Tried to look it up, but could not find the part number separately. You'll need to go to a Honda dealership and ask. It may not be sold separately and you'll need to buy the complete mirror assembly, $500.

It is not part of the front door panel, but I see the indentation it goes into on the outer skin of the front door.

The part in the red box looks like is part of 5 and 11. And 13 is the "housing set" which I've had to replace myself once before. You can find the part numbers in the link below.

MIRROR (REMOTE CONTROL) for 2015 Honda FIT 5-DOOR

When I replaced 13, I forgot put this rubber gasket that sits between the housing and the base right in tiny gap of where the whole thing swivels. If you don't put this in, then you will hear whistling noise from the wind when driving and water will get in there when it rains and drip down through the door onto the floor.

Typically a part shown in the diagram without a number is only available as part of the entire assembly. Try a junk yard, Craigslist, eBay, et, basically someone parting out a car. You may find a damaged mirror with a good base. You can also try messaging sellers on eBay with a good opposite mirror to see if they have the part you need on the damaged side.

The parts listed as seen near your circle as numbers 5 & 11 are typically to denote right and left sides. Basically 5 & 11 are side covers for the base on a specific side and not an assembly.

ps: I used to work in parts.

The way I worded my post it may have come off that they needed both 5 and 11 but I know there are left and right sides. But if the author purchased 11, that wouldn't come with part that's in the red box?

Both 5 and 11 are described as "COVER, R. BASE" and "COVER, L. BASE", and are less than $10 each. It probably does not come with the bracket, which is circled in red. You need to talk to a Honda Parts desk.

Unfortunately no. Parts shown without a number are not typically available individually and only come as part of the assembly.
