So my wife decided to clip a wall with her new Fit. Luckily only the side mirror was damaged. I have already removed what remains of it and some of it is salvageable.

That said I'm having trouble identifying what I need to purchase a parts site.

First what I have:

A note on the mounting base, wire cutting was my wife's field disassembly in order to remove the dangling mirror. The plastic around the metal spring was also broken.

Now, for what I need to order:

MIRROR (REMOTE CONTROL) 2015 Honda FIT Parts EX Variable - Genuine OEM Honda Parts

Using BK Honda as the example, skull cap is easily identified, but for the rest, I'm unsure how it is represented. In sections 8/14 and 7/13, do that part numbers include everything within the section? Or just the parts without a specific number?

Ie 7/13 would include everything except for 9 and 20

Any help or advice is appreciated.

Edit: Also, I've already tried their listed email(got kicked back) and I figure this is easier explained via pictures/text than other the phone.

If I'm reading your photos right, I'm thinking the red circled parts are the ones you'd need to replace (maybe less the hardware items 17 & 21). And yes, 7/13 includes everything inside the dotted outline.
