Dealers who overcharge for parts
I had to order a replacement sideview mirror due to vandalism. Since it was a safety issue and coudn't wait I ordered it from my local dealer. To my suprise the price was 30% over list, so be aware that some dealers can and will charge you over list price for parts. IN the future I will order from another nearby dealer that doesn't overcharge or one of are sponsors.

A lot of dealers overchange, usually on anything they can. You could order parts online through college hills or hondapartsdeals.com.
(i.e. sideview mirror is $19 at hondapartsdeals and the sideview mirror assembly is $146)

they are also trying to get compensation for freight to their dealership
along with their maintenance equipment and labor needed.
at least they have the parts, i guess. can't you claim it to your insurance
for reimbersement?
