I'm getting ready to install a dash cam in my son's 2017 Honda Fit EX and I need to find a 12V switched power source to tap into. My thought was to add a FuseTap to one of the Fit's interior fusebox fuses.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to which one I should use? Does anyone have a link to a diagram of the interior fusebox?

Tap off #25 fuse under the dash that is for daytime running lights, 7.5 amps.

I'm using the fuse for the rear wiper.

 

I added a dual port 4.2amp USB charger next to my HDMI port. Its tapped off the 12v accessory socket. When I added a dash can I put another USB socket under the dash to power the cam. The camera power line is tucked under the headliner and A pillar. Works great and keeps the wires hiddden.

 

I know it's off topic, could you please show the fuse for the cigarette plug (mine's not working) on the center console. I tried couple of times using the manual but no success.
