Here you guys go. Its not terribly hard to get to. I would suggest for the temperature dial, set it to cold, and with your fingers, pry the pinch clamp up and move the cable (pull) back from the damper arm. Then check for full motion. If this does not solve your problem, then there is an obstruction or damage with the dampers inside the air handler. Cheers
