I live in a sunny place with no snow but drive to the Mid West and East in the fall and winter each year. The stream is weak in the driver side windshield. Wonder if I should replace the motor now while the weather is hot.

 

The driver's side jet might have clog. If you're lucky, you can clear it by inserting a fine wire in the jet.

 

If it was the motor then I would think that both sides would be affected equally. If it's just one side then yeah, what PressFit says. When I was young clogs used to be more common. Maybe people are more careful now to keep dirt out of their washer reservoir when they're adding to it.

 

Have you tried Flomax?
