There's a lot of that going around. I imagine you have to fail a,lot of ethics tests to become a car dealer. My local dealer is now Lia, and they have twenty dealerships.

Hi lindsay, sounds like the the plug was not seated fully in connector. If it is the front pass door that was replaced. Not sure if new latch assb did solve issue.
