I have a 2015 Fit EX 6pd manual with 45k miles. I have only had it for a couple months, but right off the bat I realized that the handbrake only prevents the car from moving when it is FULLY engaged. Halfway engaged does nothing, it needs to be 5 or 6 clicks in to stop the car from rolling. How do I access the cable and how do I go about tightening it? Any advice is much appreciated
