Rear Shock Absorber Replacement
Rear Shock Absorber Replacement
Hi,
Firstly, I've done a search but not found what I need... hoping someone can help me out.
I have badly leaking rear shock absorbers, and need to replacement, but there's no easy access to the top of the strut like the 2nd Generation.
I guess it's a TRIM REMOVAL job... but I can't find a useful guide anywhere, does anyone have a link?
Thanks
Stuart

The felt is held in by push clips. Put the back seats down, open back doors, remove spare tire foam tray, pull away the rear door seals as they hold the felt too, and remove plastic threshold piece bottom of hatch. You can use your fingers or use a plastic pry tool set. Do one side at a time as you need to gently fold away the felt.
