Question:
The CVT transmission fluid what are the thoughts on using:

Well, you're out of warranty, so you can experiment without voiding anything.

The recommended product - Honda HCF-2 - is around $8 a bottle from online discounters. Figure about $40 for a 4-pack and the crush washer with shipping if you DIY. Is it worth going aftermarket to save a few bucks with the Castrol? I have no idea, but given the cost of transmission repairs, not sure I'd want to risk it.
