My car did not come with MM even though the brochure says it has it and the internet.

It is possible to add it and how to do it or it is not possible. Also when are you doing your 1st oil change and how do you drive like: 70% highway 30%city - 10 miles. Will be aweosme for us that not have MM to change it and put a standard mile on when to change the oil.
