90k Mile Maintenance

90k Mile Maintenance
I recently went in for an oil change at my local Honda dealership and the 'sales person' informed me that my 2010 Honda Fit required the recommended 90k mile maintenance. Sounded like the maintenance included transmission fluid and a couple other things. As they were charging me over $90 for an oil change I declined the offer and figured I could come home and do some research.
Once I started researching I found that there really is no such thing as a 90k mile maintenance on a 2010 Fit, rather maintenance is tracked by the maintenance minder.
Unfortunately I have always done oil changes at 5k miles, way before 15% oil life so I have never seen any maintenance minder codes. I plan to begin getting my oil changes at 15% as the manual and minder seems to suggest but my question is should I go ahead and do the recommended "90k mile maintenance" (they want to charge ~400) or should I wait for my oil to reach 15% life and see what maintenance is suggested at that point?
I am just nervous that waiting another 7-10k miles could cause undue damage if maintenance is really necessary at the moment.
At this point the only maintenance that has been done is oil, filters, brakes once, tires once, rotations.
Thanks in advance for any help!
tldr: I have been misunderstanding the necessary maintenance on my fit for 4 years and am now concerned that my car require more maintenance.

If you haven't done transmission fluid yet, I recommend you do that. I do mine every 30k on my manual trans. I'd do the same on an automatic for piece of mind, but that's because I don't trust Honda automatics that much, that's just a personal thing.
100k miles = spark plugs, valve adjustment, coolant drain and fill.
Brake and clutch (if M/T) fluid should be every three years. It was probably changed with your pads but verify that.
The only thing I use the maintenance minder for is oil changes. Everything else I use time or mileage.

My personal schedule, which is mostly based on Honda's schedule for euro Fits that don't have a minder:
Oil: Maintenance Minder
Air Filter: 20k miles (I just clean since I have a reusable)
Cabin Filter: Whenever, I usually just knock the debris it accumulates out and put it back in, i've changed it twice in 100k miles I think.
Transmission Oil: 30k miles
Coolant: 100k miles, then every 60k
Spark Plugs: 100k miles
Valve adjustment: 100k miles
Brake/clutch fluid: 3 years
Some will say you should do the valves sooner than 100k, or at least check them, but Honda's schedule says 100k, so I'm just sticking with that.
