Front suspension overhaul
so I have one ball joint out on my ‘15 Fit. The other is starting to get noisey. I have new loaded control arms, tie rods, end links, sway bar bushings....all from Honda. I am searching for torque specs to do this job. I’m desperate, so desperate I paid the ten bucks to access Honda’s site only for it to come up 404 server unavailable. Pulling my hair out at this point. The car has been great! I have a tick over 92k on it and it purrs just fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Unless Honda has a special torque call out one can simply use universally accepted torque for a fastener size. Generally, if the fastener is in non-ferrous metal it's 1/2 the normal torque. sometimes an engineer might call out a higher torque value for a specific reason Anyway, you'd probably be safe with universally accepted torque for the fastener?

Solved!
had a friend at Honda send me all the PDFs of anything I need to service on the vehicle short of replacing the high pressure fuel pump. Suspension, everything on the accessory drive, plugs, valve lash, window regulators, low pressure fuel pump... etc. I will share when I have time to upload. from what I can see most suspension bolts on the chassis are TTY bolts torqued to 69lbf. Kinda surprised to see the wheel bearing preload torque at only 133lbf. Even civics are significantly higher
