Car: 2019 Fit EX with touchscreen stereo

When you search a 19 Fit on Crutchfield for the longest time it basically said no stereo's fit the car, and the ones that did were listed with "Modified Fit." Now they finally list most stereo's as fitting and also no longer list "Modified Fit" so I assume Metra and the adapter makers finally have out the correct products to support a 2019 Fit with touch screen.

As a result I'm going to move forward having an aftermarket stereo installed, but I have one piece I can't figure out. My Fit came with SiriusXM, and I used it a bunch during the trial period, so the car has a built in Sirius antenna. While getting the aftermarket stereo installed I'm going to have them put in a SiriusXM SXV300 so I have the option of Sirius in the future. However, I'd rather not have them run the separate antenna when the car has a built in Sirius antenna already. Does anyone know what Sirius antenna adapter works with Fits?

I assumed I'd use this, but Crutchfiled says it doesn't work with the Fit:

I did the same with my 2016 EX. I had a 2015 Civic and HATED that stereo with a passion. The 2016 has(HAD) the same junk in it. Within 4 days I ripped that out and put in my Pioneer, with the SXV300, but I put a separate antenna in, mine wasn't XM equipped. All I could find is this one I will paste below.
