Sony Android Auto: Retain Right Camera?

We just picked up a 2016 LX and ordered a Sony XAV-AX-5500 Android Auto touchscreen receiver to replace the existing head unit. It's coming with parts to maintain the backup camera and the steering wheel controls, but then I remember that this Fit has a right-turn camera and I'm wondering if that's part of the backup camera setup or if there's a way to retain that with an aftermarket radio or if it's just a loss.

Ordered the whole kit from Crutchfield as I've had great luck with them previously and actually got a great price on this from them.

Thanks.

My understanding is that the LaneWatch works through a CANBUS system that no aftermarket headunits can interface with. There are a few threads around here about this particular issue.
