I'm thinking of replacing the factory Head Unit with an aftermarket one in my 2019 Honda Fit EX. in order to keep the backup camera and steering wheel audio controls I was told that I need to install this T harness between the factory harness and the aftermarket Head Unit.

AXTC-HN1 Honda SWC and Data Interface 2016-2024

On Axxess's web site it says that the AXTC-HN Honda SWC AND Data Interrface for 2016 -2024 will work with the 2019 Honda Fit EX. I need to know if anyone has tried this specific Harness and if so how did it work for yo?. Also if it did work where you able to retain the Lane-assist camera?
