No problems from my end. Maybe you put them up too high/down too low?

Foxy's up for sale folks! Life has necessitated a change and I can't afford to keep two cars. If interested, message me.

No longer.

Brother, believe me, I wish it wasn't. Unfortunately life happens. I'm confident she'll find a good home. She'll be with me until I find a buyer deserving of her.

I think that's what I paid combined? $21.60 each on Amazon.

So got the Buddy Club short shifter installed this afternoon. What an immediate difference! Gears shifts are much closer and seem to engage with stronger feel. Biggest complaint on this guy is that the fit and finish don't seem to match the price. $160 is fairly steep for injection molded plastic, some springs, and a few clips. Particularly when I had to file down some points to make fitment proper. Overall, I would recommend this. It completely changes the feel of the car. Just seems more eager...

o.O i am currently in need of advice with the short shifter....
for some reason, there are two CR-Z short shifter from buddy club
1. https://www.evasivemotorsports.com/s...da-crz-10-6mt/
2. https://frsport.com/buddy-club-bc08-...-assembly-2010

by the looks of your photo, i think its the first one but would you be kind enough to kinda give me which one looks correct ?

also, you mentioned that installation took some effort due to some incorrect alignment. did you had to drill a hole using power tools or buy a extra bolts/parts to have it fit into it?

Thanks in advance !

The first one looks right to me.

You shouldn't have any issues with having to do any drilling/power tools. There was, at least on mine, some material left from the plastic injection process.

How hard were the Clazzio seat covers to put in yourself?
and as a side note, do you have links to any of these mods you made?

Red H badges front, rear, steering wheel - $55
Sharkfin antenna - $26
*pending* USDM Mugen skirt kit - $200 + painting and mounting
*pending* Red oil catch can - $30
Carbon fiber headlight eyebrows - $40

If you have hand stiffness like I do, the Clazzio seat covers can take time. It's not particularly difficult, just time consuming.

I don't believe I have links for those items anymore. Was a couple of years ago now.

Yep, I was able to hold on to Foxy by sticking her in storage for winter! She's out now. I've had her for almost 6 years now, and the funniest part is, she's only got 40k miles on her.

Fully disassembled the interior yesterday. Power washed the carpets. Smells better than new.
