With so much going on already, you were just missing the kit. It's going to look great and I'm sure you'll love it

I had the VTC actuator replaced last year. I had some weird sounds that all went away until sometime this year...they might be creeping back. Hopefully you'll have better luck.

So I think I am considering to let go of the GK as-is, or part it out. Testing the waters now to see what reasonable offers I can get for the car. Planning to get smog done soon. Will create a FS thread if I get enough inquiries.

Selling because I think I am done with the 2015s.. might go GE8 still, or go with another brand and platform...

PM me directly!
Thanks

slight thread jack, but I gotta ask..... Codeman, got a link to that front sway bar?

grats on the rigid collar install man, I'm shocked so little people make the effort to install such an inexpensive product with such crazy good results

Its been a while FF fam! Some major updates:

-Car has been at my buddy's shop since last week. My 3rd party ext. warr. finally accepted my claim to replace my engine wiring harness, replacement in progress (the culprit- detected single wire from ecu to alternator with high resistance, something Honda could not verify!)
-while the intake manny is off, walnut blasted my valves
-Wilwoods+High carbon rotors finally installed
-Installed TechnaFit SS clutch line
-Minor adds: Hybrid Racing Maxim SS Shift Knob,
Pending install of Gold Heat Reflector treated HPS Cold Ait Intake, pending LED tails, pending Tein Coilover + Beatrush pillowball mounts install, pending Savanini Rigid Collars install

Car is finally coming together. Most importantly, happy Im keeping the GK5!

You know we all love to see shiny parts! Glad you're keeping the car bro, you're one of the threads I subscribe to so I can watch your build in progress. After the walnut blasting, are you going to do a catch can? I don't remember if you had one installed.

Im hoping to see the following:

-up close photo of the intake valves at X miles, pre walnet blast
-up close photo of the intake valves at same X miles, after walnut blast

-hopefully Touge will install catch can

-then after X more miles, take new pics of the valves up close.... and the big question everyone is waiting on .... does the catch can help?!?!?!?!?!

TOUGE, make it happen man, you'll be a legend on these boards!

2Rismo2! Thanks for being so kind! I do have a catch can that I needed to remove for warranty purpose. It worked! Lol. Will definitely re-install once the car is returned to me. Heres a photo of what it looked like installed:
