Wheels, tires & lowering spring clearance

Hello all!

Just snagged a '19 Sport. This is my first fit chassis so I could use some guidance!

I want to get these fugly wheels off and close some of the wheel gap. I'm planning on picking up a set of 16x7 40 offset wheels wrapped in 205/50/16 tires pairs with eibach lowering springs. But I'm worried about rubbing.

Anyone running a similar setup?

That is a fairly standard set up. I think you will find on the Wheels & Tires section that most people don't have any problem with it. I have close to the same thing (+42 Offset and 16x6.5 wheel) on Swift Springs and haven't had any rubbing. The Swifts have less of a drop than the Eibach ones.

Front/Rear
Swift:
1.0 / 0.9 inches

Eibach:
1.2 in/1.4 in
