need help chosing a lowering spring

Hey guys, I need some help deciding what lowering spring to get. I'd like to go as low as possible without getting any excessive/constant rubbing.

I am currently rolling on 5zigen FN01Rs which are 16"x7" with a 42MM offset. My tires are 205/50s. I'm planning to drop back to a 205/45 when I get new tires but that won't be for a while. At any rate, what springs can I get that won't rub really bad and will still offer a nice drop?

Thanks in advance.

id say tanabe df would probably eliminate almost all of your fender gap and still not rub, it would also be close to the same ride as stock

See, I was looking at the DFs because they have a close to stock ride quality. Are they a progressive spring?

My only concern is that someone told me that I would rub with GFs and DFs drop even lower, but he might not have known what he was talking about.

I'm not looking forward to having to learn to drive a lowered car all over again. I live and work around a lot of railroad tracks.
