3rd Generation GK Specific Suspension & Brakes Sub-ForumThreads discussing suspension and brake related modifications for the 3rd generation Honda Fit (GK)
Just ordered for myself from Axion. I'll let you know how it goes. Free shipping from City of Industry to San Diego, should probably get it next week. Getting excited. Thanks for the link!

Got in touch with Axion today. They placed the order through a whole seller/distributor of theirs called Motovicity who is specially ordering the bar from Progress. According to Axion, Progress will ship it to me, it'll probably take 2-4 weeks to ship out, and I can expect tracking info when that happens. My expectation of receiving it next week was a bit naive, but hey, free shipping, no tax, I can wait. Interestingly enough, the price has gone up from $164 to $178 on Axion's website. They're probably no longer the lowest price.
It's funny you mentioned that, I tried to order it and sure enough the price was high. It's ok, I ended up ordering from THMOTORSPORTS and used the coupon code "threeoffthm2temp" to get it to $164.30
Most of these places just have the manufacturer drop ship the items rather than stocking everything.
I scored a Megan Racing adjustable sway bar on the bidding site for $55.00 after shipping. Install was pretty easy and car feels more like a go kart now.
Easy bolt-on or did it require drilling/modifications?
Yeah, that's the same one. It's a direct bolt on using existing holes.
It didn't come with instructions but it was pretty easy to figure out. You just want to make sure the crossmember is bolted to the bases before attaching it to the car, otherwise you'll have to take the parts off and redo it (I learned the hard way).
You'll need a 14mm deep socket for the cross member nuts. A 17mm standard socket with 3 inch extension, an angled 17mm close ended wrench for the front nut on the plate, and I forgot which size allen wrench. Nylock nuts with spring washer go on the supension side, and the allen side of the bolt with standard washer go on the plate side.
I'll take some pics and mark them this weekend when I actually have light.
Little trick, after you've got it all settled and tightened up, put stainless acorn nuts on the visible threads, they will act as a lock nut and prevent the threads from getting rusty on the exposed bolt ends. also prevents dings from road debris. Cause the bar does come off for some maintenance as the car ages..

Great suggestion. Gonna do that first thing this weekend
Most people that are selling the Progress sway bar at a lower cost will be shipping you the older 2nd gen sway bar which requires drilling for it to bolt up. Progress now has a fully bolt on sway bar designed for the 2015 Gk5 Fit, so just make sure you are getting the correct one.
So what is the adjustability on the Megan rear sway bar?
The bolts on the bar that are attached to the base plates can be loosened or tightened to adjust how stiff the bar is. I have the back two tightened as far as they'll go and you loosen or tighten the front two to adjust it.
Here are the Megan Racing sway bar instructions. Megan Racing
Connect sway bar to base plates using nuts A and B (14mm locking nuts) before mounting to car. Make sure you have the little plastic wind guard off.
Allen side of bolt and regular washer feed up through the base plates from the underside.
Attach nylock nuts C and D to the Allen bolts. Don't forget the spring washers.
Nut C can be attached using a short extension and regular sized 17mm socket. A deep socket will get stuck to the spring.
Nut D will require an angled 17mm wrench, or a universal joint and extension to get on there. There is no clearance to come straight down with a ratchet wrench and regular extension.
End result should look something like this.
Nut B is loosened or tightened to adjust tension on the bar.
