Hard shifting
Hard shifting
I did a drain and fill on my 2010 Honda fit. I refilled it to about 2.6quarts and checked it over and over after driving it and it was full and started shifting so nice. I got the oil changed at Walmart and there was oil on a lot of the inside of my car, bunch spilled on the valve cover, it was 1/2 to 1 quart low on oil, was shifting hard again, and the transmission fluid was low. There's zero leaks underneath and the shop leader at Walmart says she checked the camera and he didn't pull the plug on the transmission. Id like to know what anyone thinks about this
Thanks in advance

I think I'd stop letting them touch my car, drain and fill the transmission again, top off the engine, and clean up their mess, especially if it's on the steering wheel as motor oil will destroy one leaving it a sticky icky mess every time it gets hot outside.
I question their camera's being able to see under the car btw.

I hear more horror stories like this about Walmart vehicle service than anywhere else. As @MeanMan said, don't take your car back to Walmart and have the whole whole drain and fill done again somewhere else.
I remember my friend in high school lost his Nissan Stanza to a Walmart oil change. They "forgot" to put oil back in after draining it.
