Noise, like a broken spring

I owned my 08 fit sport since new, best car I've ever owned, I have replaced oil 90 percent of the time at 5,000 miles, just had the air conditioner housing replaced and serpent belt, I've been hearing a noise that sound like a metal ticking noise coming from from left. I did have a Muffler shop / brake shop due the brakes about a year ago, they have since replace the rotor's a 2nd time, the 1st one they put on warped . anyone got any idea's, it is stopping fine, steering is straight, no rubbing. I can only hear it when turning the wheel and backing up. It is very strange.

See if the LF motor mount has collapsed. This is a common problem.

Three bolts hold it in. (And the weight of the drivetrain, LOL)

Another thing to check is the rear brake drums. Rust can build up in the groove along the inside of the drums, and can cause clicking or rubbing under some circumstances. (It's difficult to tell which end of the car the noise is coming from.) The rust can just be scraped away.
