i wouldnt do it. its gonna add weight to your car, your selection of wheels will be limited (4x100 has been around forever!). it just doesnt make sense to me. extended lugs is the way to go imo.

yea but 4x100 has been around FOREVER! im saying your options are more plentiful because you can throw some old school wheels on your car.

nooooo 5 lug you can get more rare wheels. its easier to find, because not a lot of people rock 5 lug.

its easier to find 5 lug RG then a 4 lug rg

he just put adapters on, but if that counts as a conversion then you're right.

I have a friend in thailand who lived here and went back. And every time he comes back like summer x-mas etc he allways brings pics of his cars and a couple rare parts for me. The last time he came back he had pics of a his white fit this was in 05, And I knew what a fit was but had never seen a modded one. His was lowered with 17" ep3 type-R wheels and a ACR intake box. I have been hooked since, but they were not offered to us then so I kinda forgot about it until I got mine I was going to get a set of silver ones for mine but after I bought mine when I took a look I noticed something was not right! Mine did not have 5 lugs, I was pretty pissed cause Honda jipped us yet again. But my point is that there has got to be a version of the fit some where with 5 lugs Ive seen real pics with my own eye's of one. The problem is I dont have his number anymore and he hasnt answered none of my emails, (Hope he is ok). But I tried looking up fits/jazz to find out which one has it but I cant really get the info I need. I even tried going to the asian forum and find him but I dont think he is a member on here. Knowing him he prolly dont even have it no more but If anybody knows what models were offered to the Thai market in a 5 lug then start buy figuring out if the suspension parts changable and find the parts. Hopefully I can get a hold of him soon and either get him to ship me the parts or bring some things back for me like he did the last time

The only other thing I can think of is getting a machine shop or something to make new hubs that are 5x114, but then you have to find a rotor the same size as the fits to work with your stock caliper, I saw a rear disk kit somewhere that used GSR pars and they are not much differnt then type-R parts. But for the time and money that would go into that you could maybey spend a lil exta for wheels that are made for the specs you want like ccw, jline, hre etc. I would personally rather spend a lil extra to buy wheels made to fit my car rather than trying to make the car fit the wheels. I wanted the whole 5 lug thing at first but after not finding any parts or info, I decided having the wheels fit the car would be easyer and cheaper in the long run

well at least were taking this seriously now....

there are people out there that have done it but they are to stingy to let us in on the know how to get this done right. (not mentioning any names "hasport") i met the guy who built that white fit with five lug conversion from extreme dimension i think im sure you know which fit im talking about. when i called hasport they just gave me the run around about it, even after i told them i would be more than happy to pay for the custom work. all they had to say was "no, we cant accomindate that at the moment" i would have been cool about it. Ill give them the fact that as a business they can refuse service to anyone but they didnt have to be dicks about it. ha ha personally im still trying to see if the hubs will swap from the AWD fit that comes five lug in japan. its all about time and patience.

I am in Japan and all of the awd fits that I have seen are four lug.
