i put my progress springs and sway bar on today.. along with tanabe front and rear strut bars. the ride is honestly barely worse than stock. the car handles like its on rails and the only problem i found is that on my current wheels and tires i am rubbing in the front on hard corners.

Guys,
there is a new thread with dates for this spring evaluation meet!
I did not even notice since I log in through my e-mail notifications most of the time.
Please follow the link below and post up! We need you all, especially if you have something else other than Progress or Eibach Pro springs!

Matt:
You are a member of a forum that archives answers to questions. Every question that you have asked, that I have seen on all of these forums, was answered months before you posted your question. If you want to know where this park is, READ THE DAMNED THREAD!

For everybody else who has followed this plan and already knows where to go, I have reserved the GATEWAY PAVILION (TURN RIGHT AS SOON AS YOU ENTER) it's the first pavilion and parking lot, and the ONLY ONE with a BOM Fit parked there.

I didn't hear from the park ranger, so I logged onto the reservations web site. This time, it was working. I now have a $206.00 charge on my credit card, based upon the promise of at least 9 other people to pay $20.00 for shelter and BBQ pit for up to 100 people, for a picnic in the rain. This seemed to be the only way to guarantee that we won't get soaked, and will have warm food and drinks within easy access.

solbrothers-
I will spoon-feed a 3-year old this ONE TIME:
Vasona Lake Park
333 Blossom Hill road
Los Gatos, CA

Don't ask again.

I LOL at your responses sometimes. They can be a little Claymore-ish! That can be a good thing, but not all the time like what he does...

Hey Alex-

It's good to hear from you! ciburri would like to have all after-market springs on stock wheels/tires, but this weather is going to extremely limit what we can do in the drive tests. If you drive to the meet on your custom wheels, you'll just get soaked when you change back to the stocks, and then you get to soak the interior of your car with wet, dirty wheels. Also, no CA State park is going to let people use the parking lot to do mechanical work on their car.

I am not trying to take anything away from the technical end of this meet, but to do the technical evaluations with any REAL accuracy, we need dry weather. My opinion-- the members can do whatever they want.
