Im actually just chillin. Im a cheap bastard as it is, and after watching the stock market and keeping tabs on the financial / economic news (yeah I know boring shit) I am putting off some car purchases for a few to see how things pan out. Its really really slow this past two weeks at work. If things keep going the way they do, might be job hunting by the summer or sooner. Keeping my resume polished juuuust in case.

i just put my progress rear sway bar on the other day, still waiting on a shipment with my spoon engine torque damper and being lazy about putting in my LSD. also, im getting a good chunk of change from the guv'ment and im getting a nice sized bonus at work so i may have jdm front end and turbo on sooner than later.

other than that, im buying a new truck tomorrow!!! ford f250 super duty (i know its a gas guzzler but i really do need it for work)

Well you need it for work so it all good . I'll be getting rims soon...maybe in half a year time frame, it all depends on how well I save money from regular junk and putting it in the Car junk fund

i have an f150 right now and if i got a ridgeline, i would just be buying another truck that cant carry more than a few hundred pounds. i need to haul thousands of pounds every day. ever since my band broke up, ive been working for my dad delivering materials to job sites. its good money but my dad is a subborn ass hard nosed boss.

typical conversation at work:
"hey dad, can i have a raise?"

"ill tell you what, take a week off and go try to find another job that will pay you more than i will, and if you do, go work for them"

Ah, that makes sense.
Man, it would be hard working for my dad. Its kinda naturall to diagree with your dad so i can see that becoming hard lol.

Well now that im not getting wheels, the next thing i buy will probaly be a new SLR cam. Right now i only have a Digital and im sick of bad quality shots. Photography has always intrested me, and now that i have a car i really want to do some killer photoshoots. My B-Day is the 22nd so we will see how much i get lol.

I'm thinking of taking a plier and bending the tab on the fender that's rubbing on my tires lol...i was gonna wait and buy a heater gun and rubber mallet and go with that method but I think im getting impatient. I still need to install the rear springs and then get an alignment too. It only seems to be rubbing on half the tab so if i bent the tab up and away from the tires i'm guessing that will cure my front rubbing problems.

It just pops off, then i got a flat head tab and popped it in and it made a big diff.

lol when I said tab i meant the portion on the fender where the screws go in. I already removed the fender liner and have it tucked in behind the fender well. It's still rubbing as i can see a mark where my tires on hitting on the little tab where the hole for the screw. I could roll the fenders but that might be too expensive so I'm going to ghetto it and just bend the metal piece back. I was going to use a heater and mallet but payday is friday and im getting impatient so I'm just going to take a piece of cloth and use a pair of pliers to bend the metal tab upwards away from the tires.
