went to the stealership today with a friend. decided to sit in a ge8 since i haven't for a long time. felt like the dashboard went on forever and ever...lol.

 

I felt like that the first time I sat inside my uncle's FG2 (2006 Civic Si Coupe). Now I'm used it. When I sit inside a different car, I feel like the windshield is super close to my face.

 

yeah it took me a little bit to get use to as well. it felt like it was super long and then the windshield as well. lol

 

lol. dont sit in a mini cooper. it's right up in ur face!

 

lol yeah, been there done that. mini's and mini coopers are tiny but the mini cooper was nuts

This spot is off a a very nice windy road. The drive goes along Uvas reservoir and there is a couple very nice spots for pictures. The spot with the picnic benches sits above the large parking lot and also looks onto the water.


This is not the spot with the picnic benches but it is a great spot for pictures.


This is the proposed meet spot.

fatty parking lot. but how does it get on weekends? cause im sure it aint dead lol

 

I'm going to check it out tomorrow and see how much it gets parked up. Its in the hills so the road is not traveled a lot. We could easily keep 20+ fits in a row for a while on this road.

 

There is several other lakes in Morgan Hill that allow boats and are more popular. Uvas also has hiking trails and a more popular destination miles away. I usually only see people fishing at this spot.

 

dope, and the hwy provides a nice straight drive to morgan hill too. rolling shots yo!

why not try to set one up for the last weekend of this month or sept? a little end of summer bbq.
