This bar stiffens the rear suspension by adding an additional torsion bar to the factory torsion rear axle, reducing understeer and allowing the car to corner flatter. The bar is available from Progress, who makes them here in Anaheim. They are also sold through somebody back east. There's a DIY thread that is stickied in the suspension forum with all the contact info.

They might, but they only charged me $10 shipping to the Burbank area and I didn't have to go out of my way to have someone hand it to me at my desk. It wouldn't have been worth it to me in time and fuel to drive down to pick it up, but if you're local, give them a call, they won't bite...

Eric

edit: just saw you're in NoHo, I work at Universal. That's a long way from Anaheim , and I don't know if the traffic ever doesn't suck...

Street racing is retarded. Keep it on the track! If it were up to me I would have crushed the ass hat drivers WITH the cars to spare society of their stupidity and potential spread of genetic idiocy.

But then thats because I am an old bastard who no longer has the patience for idiots.

Sorry for your loss!

Back at work again!

Finished the headlights and put them back in. Gave it a bath and no condensation, so we're good.

Also put the floormats in last night, but didnt feel like doing the dead pedal. I'll finally put that in tonight.

My Fit's my beater and I still am spening $ on it. Treat it well!

I cant stand driving a stock looking car for too long.

Yeah my Fit is the beater. It replaced my 91 Integra which I had for 17 years and 201K miles of beatings.

Really tuff to keep the wallet in check driving a stock looking car. I purposely try to keep things at a minimum, it prevents massive stupidity (speeding), and allows me to travel around to diff countries instead which I prefer.
