what kinda strut bar did you get it? Where is it rubbing on? the TB?

just go with the washer solution. Quick easy and effective.

it shouldn't. After you tighten everything up give the bar a good hard shake. It's it feels loose and wobbles then you have a prob. If it sticks...you're all good!
