Plate Relocators

I need a plate relocator because it's well over 2 months and I'm still driving without plates and I wouldn't care but I have illegal tints up front and I roll through Pasadena and Burbank very often. And if you know those areas their cops will pull you over for anything. Anyways my question is where can I get a good relocator for cheap? I've been looking for swing arm ones but couldn't find em.

Yeah, I was planning on making it with things to locate it to the side instead of drilling holes in the bumper .. but I mean thats kind of a last resort for me cuz i gotta search for all the stuff

yea i was nervous about drilling holes in the bumper, but the holes are actually underneath the bumper, so you can't see them from the front.
