Question first time changing anti-lock brakes

Hi all. A couple decades ago I used to do all kinds of maintenance on my cars, including brakes. I have a 2016 Fit and I have never changed brakes that are anti-lock. Reading online there are various perspectives from it won't make any difference, to be very careful or you'll cause thousands of dollars worth of damage. I bought the Chilton online manual, which I was extremely disappointed with, I remember lovely exploded part diagrams and step by step instructions on books I could hold in my greasy hands. Those were the days! Anyway, the online manual sucks. I'm nervous to change my brakes with the anti-lock stuff, can anyone let me know if there is something I have to be careful of, and/or if there is something I have to do specifically because they are anti-lock? I am very surprised that most how to videos on modern cars make no mention of attending to this issue. Thank you in advance.

I've never heard anything about "being careful" with cars equipped with ABS. All that's different is a magnetic sensor on every corner watching a tone wheel. Otherwise it's exactly the same as cars without ABS.

I changed pads and rotors and had no issues. Didn't see anything sensor wise to damage, at least attached to the calipers.

I did the pads on my front brakes recently (gk as well). No concern for the abs bits. Two bolts hold the caliper closed. If you remove the bottom bolt and loosen the top bolt, the caliper will hinge open upwardly (i used a loose piece of rope to hold it up against the strut tower) and you'll have no trouble changing the pads. The following youtube video is on a ge i think, but the process is identical:

The only ABS component near the brake calipers is the speed sensor for the wheel. There is a cable routed to it. Just be careful with that cable. Also, the sensor it self
