TL Brakes on a fit.

I was reading this article when I saw that they dropped in TL Brakes on the Fit now that would stop the fit in a heart beat but would increase rotating mass I think.

Yeah, definitely overkill . . . and even more silly for a car being built for a Time Attack event. A single lap in a Fit hardly requires brakes designed to stop a 4,000 pound sedan.

You wouldn't be increasing the rotating mass much by adding the calipers, calipers don't move, but if there is a rotor upgrade required then you'll up it a bit.

Uh, that's a 450HP Fit. I'd want bigger brakes too, screw the rotating mass.

I wonder what would be involved in a TL brake conversion.. I'm guessing 5bolt conversion to start with...
