Question Error code 41-11

Cutting to the chase, I need a new airbag impact front sensor on the drivers side. I'm running into trouble finding the one I need. They seem to range in price from $40 on eBay to $500+ at Auto zone if you want to see the most expensive ones. I've done lots of wrenching over the years but I've never done this. I've seen another thread with good info but the links in that thread were no longer valid.

What can you guys tell me about the front sensor? What part number? Where is it on the car? etc. Whatever you guys think I should know about this thing would be helpful.
2010 Honda Fit Base 5-spd manual. All stock.

I did finally find and replace the sensor. Unfortunately I still have the error code. 41-11. Anyone have a thought on what may be the cause of my heartache? I thought I had cleared the code but maybe my ODBII reader can't clear that one? I have the BlueDriver brand.

None of mine will clear ABS codes but, when I replaced my sensor, the code cleared itself. It suggests to me it might still be broken.

Maybe I didn't give it enough time to clear? I've noticed that codes like my TPMS with a slow leak tire would take a few minutes after I aired it up to clear.
Note: The only reason I know about this code is because my scanner found it. I don't have any check lights lit.
