2010 Fit manual transmission

My fit became hard to shift so I drove home to my garage and drove up my two wheel dollies which lifted up the front of the car so I could get underneath and see if I could see anything abormal after about 15 minutes I got back into the driver seat and suddenly everything shifted just fine. When I drove off the wheel lifts and the car is flat again it shifts fine for 15 mins or so then I have trouble shifting again any ideas?

If you mean the actual shifter has binded or requires excessive force to shift, then check your shifter cables.
