ODI - Office of Defects Investigation
The above link will let you know which bulletins have been issued and will give you a very short summary of the issue involved in each bulletin, but if you want to read the entire bulletin you will still be charged. Anyway, I checked my 2002 CRV and the bulletins I pulled up were the ones I was aware of, so it appears to at least alert you to the existence of specific bulletins.
Be sure you select the Service Bulletins link on from the menu on the left side of the page and not the Complaints link in the center of the page.

You can get all Honda TSBs on the web by pasting this into your browser:

A=Honda, B=Acura, 07 = year A08 = Honda 2008
So, A08-003 is the third Honda TSB of this year.
Unfortunately you can't search for FIT-specific TSBs, you just have to read them. Perhaps someone with time on their hands could post the specific ones for the Fit.
