Foglight removal HELP ASAP!!!

I need some help guys.. i am in the middle of installing HIDs on my car.. i have all the screws/clips off the front bumper but im not sure how to disconnect the foglight bulb..... I already removed the 10mm bolt from the front.. its the actual fog light bulb i cant disconnect... Help!!

in the front of the bumper, there's the housing for the foglights. if you look towards the inside of the foglight from the center of the car, there's a 10mm/phillips bolt holding the foglight housing in place. take that out and then just unhook the foglight form there.

its the unhooking of the foglights I can't get.... It wont come out.. Im pressing the tab and the pulling but it wont come out...

omg i know its HARD!! u gotta push the tab hard. Another way 2 do it is to twist off the bulb FIRST and then disconnect the bulb from the harness. Mine was really hard 2 do but once u get it off the first time, it'll b a sinch the next time.

How do I twist the bulb off? Which way do I turn? If im looking at the front of the car.. which way to turn?

yeah mine was a pain
if you feel towards the back of the bulb in the center there is a tab/button press hard and pull
if not you should twist the bulb left all the way then pull

twist to the left like ur unscrewing a bolt. newayz check out da pm.
