From: Hudson Valley near NYC
It goes in this order from bottom to top (orientation is based on the bolt going upwards into the ceiling.

Bolt then bracket, then the usual order for the washers. hope that helps.

so, any noticeble increase in handling? I'm just carious. nice write up tho, I ll get one at some point...but I'm on a tight budget...so.....anyways.

it looks the same. theres not much difference
