Ok, so when I pulled into my parking spot today, and shut off my car, there was an almost sputtering/sloshing sound. Possibly some grinding... This was coming from ur ignition? or from the motor?

 

i wouldn't be surprised. I get it in the mornings on a full tank of gas when i fire up the car. It's coming from the gas tank because its right underneath ur seat. Don't worry so much about it. =]

 

yeah what he said. listen for that sound again with that knowledge, and if you still think it's not the gasoline underneath you, then maybe you're right. but it's probably just that
