The box of clips with the pins to hold the clip onto the visor.

One clip attached to the visor.

Masking tape applied onto the back of the adhesive strips. This helps in the removal of the tape.

The packet of a towelette soaked in toluene. This helps promote the adhesion of the tape onto the surface you wipe with the toluene after you clean the area with isopropyl alcohol.

Here are two pictures of the window lining pulled down to expose the sill to enable you to push the clips onto the window sill.

Once you position the visor on then you need to push the window lining back into place. This will help hold the visor in place before you remove the tape and allow you to maintain the position of the visor on the door.

It was noted in the instructions that you wanted the visor 2mm below the top edge of the door. The instructions that I'll scan later show this.

And here are some pictures of the final look. I need to tint my windows still.

THANKS ALOT!!! THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. SINCE I CANT READ THE JAPANESE INSTRUCTIONS

Hi- this is my first posting, although I've had my Vivid Blue Pearl Fit Sport since May 23. I absolutely love it!! After much research and with the Chicago winter just around the corner--I decided to get these items:
I just installed the WeatherTech side window deflectors and they are sooo easy to install!! No tape!! They snap into the window channel and are installed in 5 minutes! Made in Germany and 3mm thick. They are the only deflectors made of material the DOT approves. I got them at McNeil Automotive Products in Downer's Grove Illinois. 1-800-441-6287 or go to Weathertech.com. $49.95 for front or $89.95 for front & rear set. After I read about fog lamps breaking on this site, I also purchased their Lampgard for my headlamps and foglamps for $45.00. Protects your lights from cracking, scratching or pitting and just peel and stick!!! They have other great products for the Fit and nice people to do business with. They also have a catlog of their products. I got the adjustable armrest from Zeta Products several months ago. Love being a FIT FREAK!!

Ask the venders yo, ask them for quotes and see who gives you the best price sipped. I got mine from Ben at AJ-Racing.

I'm very interested in the Weathertech visors. Do they add wind noise, or do they reduce the noise? I like to to keep the windows open when the weather is OK.

Weathertech's installation video makes it look simple enough for me to do the job.

Just got my Silver Sport 5-speed two weeks ago.

Hi-They reduce wind noise and I too like to have fresh air when weather permits. The website has an excellent video on installation. Also, I love the fact that when the sun is on the driver's side--the deflector is tinted and reduces glare. I just have them on the front side windows, as I am almost always the only one in my car. You can see them installed on the Weathertech website. Great product!! My digital camera is broke so as soon as I can I will post pics of my Vivid Blue Pearl Fit!! Happy Thanksgiving!!

the visors here look opaque .. are they suppose to be ?? on another thread the mugen visors were translucent (smoked clear plastic)

It's just the lighting. If you look at them from inside the car they are smoked clear plastic.

I installed these on a black fit, and I must say it compliments the sport trim rather nicely... It almost looks stock, which I like.

Is that what that was!! When I was putting mine on I figured it was a mild cleaning/bonding agent, so being it was all written in Japanese I opened it up and sniffed it lightly to see what it was.... and just about died. Holy crap was that stuff bad

Same thing happened to me. Except when using the cloth it left a film on the area and I decided to just use alcohol for the rest of the windows.

Awesome Thread! Just ordered some Mugen visors yesterday from KingMotorsports, hopefully they arrive within the week

Does anybody know if I should get my windows tinted before installing the visors?? I want to get my windows tinted, but don't know if the visors will make it more difficult for the tint shop to install tint.

i suggest you get your windows tinted first cuz they cant really tint up in the tight spaces under the visors really well so i suggest you to get them tinted first and then put them on make their job a bit easier ;] ahha
