Brake pads and shoes recommendations?
#2
My usual philosophy is never to buy the cheapest or most expensive. Something middle of the road, by a known parts manufacturer, will serve you well. Genuine Honda pads from an online dealer often are cost-competitive, BTW, so don't forget to check.
If you have any out of the ordinary requirements (like track or autocross use, or you hate to clean brake dust and want ceramics) this will change your list of suppliers, of course.

The rear drum shoes on USA market Fits rarely need replacement BTW, so save yourself some money by pulling a drum and visually checking shoe thickness before buying.

Loving my EBC set-up. Went with Ulitmax sport rotors and Yellow stuff pads.
I wanted something more aggressive for autoX but still somewhat streetable since the car is DD'd. Really like the bit and totally streetable. The only down fall is the brake dust since there race pads. I'm sure if you go with the Green stuff or the other pads they would be better on the brake dust.
I may even switch to Carbotech XP8 for the track and leave the yellow stuff for the street.
