I've got an electrical "whine" when I turn my wheel and back up and then another noise when I'm driving, regardless if I'm turning or going straight and isn't speed depended. I'm thinking its the rack and was curious if anyone else has had to replace their unit, by that I mean if anyone has done the work themselves.
